I'm always keen to explore new mountain ranges. Especially when they're in completely different countries. I heard about the Tour de Mont Blanc and was instantly intrigued. A 10 day trek through France, Italy and Switzerland. Naturally I had to do it. I contacted a friend who was immediately onboard and we made all the necessary plans.
The views were amazing, but so were the refuges we stopped at for a hot lunches along the way. Nothing like taking off your snow-covered boots and stepping into a heated lodge for some carbonara. In this moment, I was excited by the sight before me, and the food to come only minutes later.
